All refunds are done hassle free as you reserve the Right to cancel the order at the start of the purchase process or at the completion of the order.
Once we ship the item and it's correct to what you purchased and the item is not faulty but you wish to return it, then it will be down to you to make sure that we receive the item undamaged and the packaging is still in reasonable condition for you to be able to request a full refund.
