What do I do if and item is missing from my order?

Our apologies for the inconvenience to your ordered items. We advised you to check your invoice as the warehouse would have left a note on the invoice, advising you that one or more items in which you ordered are out of stock and will be shipped once in stock.
Please note: We won't charge you for and item that not marked as shipped on your invoice. Only shipped item we will charge for. If by any means and you do not want to wait for the rest of the ordered items, you can just cancel the rest of the unship items with no need for processing a refund.
